Title: Chelsea.... Post by: my-velocity on Sunday, March 5, 2006, 10:47:32 Cheating players. That is All
Title: Chelsea.... Post by: Bedford Red on Sunday, March 5, 2006, 12:57:07 I hate it when players surround the ref like both Chelsea and West Brom did yesterday.
The refs need to stand their ground, and book players who do that, it's the only way they'll learn. And the managers need to tell their players not to do it to. If the players start missing matches because of too many yellow cards it may hurt the clubs and start to sink in a bit. Title: Chelsea.... Post by: Tails on Sunday, March 5, 2006, 13:32:13 I blame Barcelona.
Title: Chelsea.... Post by: DV on Sunday, March 5, 2006, 13:47:40 Drogba is a cheat, should have been carded for that blatant cheating
Title: Chelsea.... Post by: reeves4england on Sunday, March 5, 2006, 13:51:28 I can't believe they even disputed a red card for that challenge. It was a ridiculous tackle and he could easily have done serious damage
Title: Chelsea.... Post by: my-velocity on Sunday, March 5, 2006, 14:02:00 What really angered me was Robben not even going for the ball but the player. 2 footed tackle deserved a straight red, the Jose Mouriniho had the cheek to clap the ref sarcasticly saying he made the wrong decision.
Title: Chelsea.... Post by: Tails on Sunday, March 5, 2006, 14:05:38 Yes but so did Bryan Robson (not the sarcastic clapping obviously). Go and talk about how cheeky he is.
Title: Chelsea.... Post by: Ben Wah Balls on Sunday, March 5, 2006, 14:15:51 WHat about the challenge on Makalele. That was disgusting. If he hadn't jumped out of the way he would've been badly injured, should've been a red.

Well he had the right to as Drogba dived Should have been 3 reds in that match: For the challenge on Makalele Robbens two footed tackle (which got a red) Drogbas dive (to many players doing this now) Title: Chelsea.... Post by: DV on Sunday, March 5, 2006, 14:18:28 I wish Robbo had lamped Mourinho one.... :D

"fucking faggot" -mr b robson of drogba and mourinho. the man has a point Title: Chelsea.... Post by: oxford_fan on Sunday, March 5, 2006, 15:38:55 yesterday was the first time i didn't like mourinho, i thought he was being a proper tit and his team looked like a bunch of cheating ponces.

Title: Chelsea.... Post by: Spud on Sunday, March 5, 2006, 16:15:25 I like the way Drogba kicked the W.B.A. players leg and span round in the style that wouldnt have been out of place in the Winter Olympics.
Title: Chelsea.... Post by: STFC Village on Monday, March 6, 2006, 07:13:53 Sounds like they got a hot reception at Barca Airport. Thoroughly deserved....but spitting! :?

bravo to the linesman for raising an issue with the "goal". if there's any doubt he had to say and the fact that the ball was too high to change direction of his legs/feet and his head/body were not in the way was obvious, hence the handball decision. mourinho again proved himself to be a prick, but showed a bit of humility. that portugese rightback is awful FACT Title: Chelsea.... Post by: McLovin on Monday, March 20, 2006, 10:19:54 I hope Gallas gets more than the usual 3 game ban, even if it does fuck up my fantasy footy team.
Title: Chelsea.... Post by: el duque on Monday, March 20, 2006, 11:20:17 Their supporters are thoroughly unpleasant, overly aggressive plebs too...
A Chelsea home game makes for a rather nasty day in West London, as you have to negotiate your way through a bunch of 'people' sticking their chests out to show they think that they are hard, and swearing a lot in Mockney accents... Best avoided if at all possible. Title: Chelsea.... Chelsea fans saw the reading badge and started giving him shit about how they're going straight back down etc. for no reason whatsoever. Complete pair of idiots. They didn't like it much when we told them they were never going to win in Europe.......fickle Chelsea fans.
Title: Chelsea.... Post by: Sade on Monday, March 20, 2006, 17:07:29 I used to like Chelsea, but I don't think I do anymore. Too much money at that club and cocky, arrogant players. But really thats the premiershit all over, hence why I'm not really interested in it anymore. The real footy is down this end.
Title: Chelsea.... Post by: el duque on Monday, March 20, 2006, 17:20:40 From the BBC website...
"Fulham boss Chris Coleman said: "I'm told there was a bit of trouble and there were one or two idiots on the pitch. There's no place for idiots at Fulham." " Drogba + Gallas? Title: Chelsea.... Post by: Luci on Monday, March 20, 2006, 17:23:52 Terry at the end annoyed me, as after the final whistle had gone he was still arguing with the ref! Nice to see a bit of discipline there....
I think that the way the ref and the lino handled it was poor with regards to it not being noticed sooner however it is nice to see that sometimes decisions don't always go in Chelseas favour. Title: Chelsea.... Post by: reeves4england on Monday, March 20, 2006, 17:44:10 They just do not understand the real world. They live in their dreamland in the top 4 or 5 of the Premiership, and the fans moan continuously any time they lose.
They go on about how they have problems (mostly ManUre and Liverpool) at their clubs and how their season is falling apart. Whilst we are sat here praying our club will still be here this time next year no matter what division we are in. The Premiership has ruined the football system in this country and nobody will persuade me to think otherwise Title: Chelsea.... Title: Chelsea.... Post by: Bennett on Sunday, March 26, 2006, 09:49:25 drogba should be in a bit of hotwater (not a bath) over his admital that he dives i think. lee dixon trying to defend him saying it was lost in translation was hilarious though
if drogba wants to play in goal then i'm sure if rhys fucks off we'd have him. i'd be massively upset to have that cunt play for us but he does seem pretty handy Title: Chelsea.... Post by: Luci on Sunday, March 26, 2006, 09:55:06 I thought it was amusing yesterday when they interviwed him!
"So Diddier, was the second goal a handball?" "Well, yes but thats football!" Obviously cut short somewhat significantly... |
