Embarrassed

oops i didnt realise it was a joke... i take snowman making very seriously you know  Cheesy
That was great - made me chuckle out loud. How annoying is it, for those of us reliving our childhood through our kids (well, me), that yet again, we're getting snow midweek when we can't get out and have fun in it? So we can't take the kids sledging, but it'll be a pain in the arse getting to work. That's just rubbish, that Gordon Brown's got a lot to answer for. Never mind pissing around in Davos Gordon, get back here and sort the bloody snow out!

We can only hope that the teachers wont be able to make it into school tomo resulting in a "snow day". I shall be listening to GWR school closures first thing.... although i never had such thing when i was at school and work wont be best please either!

Call this snow? Used to have to dig myself out of the house in the US.
Wish I was back there!

Looks lush outside, about 6 inches. Fuck knows how Birdy's going to get to the South Downs to do her horse this morning though!

There's fuck all down here apart from the thinnest of coatings.

Which is nice.

Seems like that's all we are getting in Swindon too. Personally would have liked loads so I could take the lad sledging "work from home".

Looking at the daytime temperatures this week Sothend must be a slight doubt.

once again the whole country comes to a stand still cos of a bit of snow. How come other countries just get on with it, yet Brits just moan and panic?

It maybe uncommon, but come on, other countries have more and they don't come to a stand still.

I've just seen a snowplough go bye my house, didn't know we had them in Berkshire, thought they only used them at the airports down south.
About 7-8 inches of snow here and still falling.
All schools closed, buses and trains not running.

Oldest son has a new girlfriend, didn't come home last night because of the snowy conditions and his lady was worried about him driving Yes, she only lives 1 mile away! Cheesy Wink
