Monday 6 August brings another milestone for STFC

In case anyone had forgotten, Monday 6th August is the deadline for creditors to the CVA to request a Creditors Meeting.
That probably means some form of statement, exciting prospect given the lack of outward communication from the Board in the last three weeks or so...

Am i also right in saying that we are now 5 weeks into the 8 week period the board described for the takeover to take place in? Surely we should be hearing something soon?

Tuesday July 3rd was the official announcement, so it'll be five weeks next Tuesday.

2) Is the club being quiet because the investors are imaginary.
3) Is the club being quiet because the they can't say anything due to an NDA with the new investors
5) Is the club being quiet becuase the new investors are Portugese football agents (previously generally sporting agents but now specialised), who want to use the club to get on the English Football League Agent's gravy train by showcasing players through our club. And they know that it's all mixed up and Sturrock is pissed off, and they're trying to sort it all out before they go public.
7) Is it a combination of the above two? Maybe not an actual full blown NDA, but maybe an agreement to not say anything.
11) I'm sweating an awful lot.
