Woke up this morning and I have done something to my ankle in my sleep and can barely walk. All I can assume is that my foot has hung off the bed at a strange angle or something as the ligaments each side and at the back are wrecking but there is no swelling or anything!

Join the club, but mine has been for a week and swapped feet yesterday afternoon. Doctor diagnosed Tendonitis a few years ago and I usually get that flare-up (ankle or back of heel). This time it's been the top of my middle toes first and now the inside of one foot, so I'm thinking it probable Gout this time around. Too much wine recently I guess, and getting old. Twas fucking throbbing last night.

Over a week ago I yawned and felt a pain in my jaw. It now hurts for a few minutes every time I yawn (a lot, apparently) Went to the Drs and they basically said it was like a strain, so I just have to wait for it to get better.

I did my back in a few months ago in an even less impressive way; got out of the shower. That was it. Went in with my back being fine. Got out and it was fucked.

Done mine a couple of days ago. Seems to be a regular thing now. Laying down and walking is OK but can’t sit for long and getting up is a real pisser.

Random spasms were the worst part of it for me. Walking through the supermarket looking like I’m being jabbed with an invisible cattle prod is a poor look

After a month or so of putting up with chest pains (fucking indigestion) I’m enjoying the hospitality of the GWH cardiac ward waiting for an angiogram and likely stent insertion tomorrow. So I’ll fucking have to miss the Rochdale game and fucking let my mate down with the days help I promised him. #pissedofroyally. Still the food has improved since my last stay.

Having a stent fitted sounds a bit more than indigestion to me. Hearts are quite important, take it steady.
