Obika to score on his debut?
He can't play as he does not arrive until tomorrow, his debut will be Saturday.

7-0 Town.
Slight amendment, Obika to get 6 and one in off Dossevi's arse.

So, 6 then, as Dossevi would inevitably be offside.

What a ridiculous prediction. As if Dossevi will score.......

Didn't realise that, I am more optimistic about tonight now. Reckon we will win 3-1.

Not sure if he has signed today if he is likely to start as I assume he has not even trained so will not really have an idea on how we play - although do many of the others at the moment

Good news on Obika - let's hope he starts tonight and we scrape a win.

I'd like to see Obika start, because lets be honest, he will be better that Dossevi whether he has trained or not. Is Lucas available? Smith hasn't done alot wrong, but I seem to not worry as much with Lucas in goal. My team for tonight would be......
...........................Lucas Amankwaah..Cuthbert..Frampton..Sheehan McGovern....Ferry....Douglas....Ritchie ..................Benyon..Obika
For no other reason other than it is as close as we can get to the team that served us so well last season, class is permanent.

I'd be no more surprised with a 3-0 win than I would a 3-0 defeat because I think we're well capable of both!! I'll go for a season turning 3-2 win with Dougie scoring the winner and then us going unbeaten till May. We'll narrowly miss out on the play-offs and Dossevi and Pericard will share the Player of the Season award following their goal-a-game ratio for the remainder of the season. Either that or we'll lose comfortably and all hell will break loose on here.

I would imagine Lucas is still injured. I wouldn't expect him to walk straight back into the team. Be great if Obika could start. Not that I know that much about him. I want him to be big, strong and be able to hold the ball up. Can he be like that please? Thanks

I'd go with this although Smith to stay in goal. Lucas has made more mistakes this season than Smith (I believe - and I doubt very much anyone will agree with) and Smith has done nothing to warrant being dropped.

Tonight's game is a gambling man's nightmare. As Sir Winston said, it could be 3-0 either way. We really need to start getting some wins together. I wonder if being out the relegation zone mainly due to playing more games is preventing the squad from accepting the reality that we're, frankly, a bit fucked. I'm predicting 2-0 Swindon, with Obika and Benyon grabbing a goal apiece, but then if you've read any of my other posts, you'll realise I'm dellusional.
