They started today...
Like they do in athletics. Bolt will go in the 100m, 200m and the 4x100m relay...
In track and field probably the most an athlete can win is 3 medals. Swimming especially, most of the athletes can win 7-8 medals if good enough |

We are going to the Athletics (morning session) tomorrow.
We get the Men's 100m first round & the long jump & Javelin from the Heptathlon.
Early start but really looking forward to it.

Really wanted that session Posh. Put in for it in the draw and tried to buy during the ticket dumps of the last few days. No luck so when the handball came up I took it as better than nothing! I'm on the 6.11 from Swindon Can't find my camera charger though  , should get a few clicks before battery death... |

Hope you enjoy your day, we have enjoyed our events so far, although Surrey is as close as we have got to London.
It will be nice to get into the Olympic Park. I was out last night with some friends who have been to Water Polo & Basketball who said the atmosphere was brilliant.
