Batch, that was Ralphy that visited Birmingham airport. Warlus parked cars at gatwich (maybe?) and went joy riding (I think) in a merc (again I think) and he did some damage to it.

i moved a lot of that, i think i deleted a fair bit by accident as well. i kept forgetting i'd made a recycle bin and just hit delete instead.

most of it was moved to keep the peace and to try and give alan a chance to calm down and reconsider his drunken rants. i thought i was doing the right thing at the time. oh well

Yeah I think the whole point of the TEF was to get away from Gazza, Its Love, J1mmy and Mickey Hazard Was God.

Thisis only had a moderator 9 to 5 monday to Friday, so after 5pm friday anything went and it wouldnt get deleted till Monday.

Its quite sad, that was a good 5 years ago now.

And Herthab and TalkTalk? I must have missed those. Notice how I can't bring myself to use TalkTalk's real name? It upsets me to remember, which is why I drink to forget.

I remember that, not sure but I think that was just before Gary started threatening people with legal action. About 10 variations on gary's username appeared and started making ridiculous posts and confused a lot of people who thought they were all the same person and gary got very angry and threatened to bring in his lawyer uncle. STFCGazza, STFC_GAZZY, STFCGARY, STFC_GARY. I think my one was STFC-Gazza (sorry Gary).

That was by far the best thread in history imo.  Gary came up with about 10 ideas to modernise the club, most were terrible, some were funny (unintentional).  Brilliant stuff.

Although reading Spacey's Ironside/Talk Talk one this morning did make me laugh, a lot.

Yes many of these have been suggested already I believe......

I like the County Ground and infact think its a very nice ground. It just needs some improvements and perhaps a corporate sponsor to pump more money into the club.....

- Put all red seats in the Arkells stand (DONE)

- Build a new town end stand perhaps bigger and in a way that the corners can be filled in for future expansion

- In the "new" town end add the conferance facilities, shops. (PROPOSED IN TRUST/OLD PLANS)

- Add a screen/scoreboard to the stratton bank end (that works) and build a roof(perhaps filling in the corners with advertising to create the illusion of a bowl stadium (SCOREBOARD DONE - I meant a roof like Forest but yes my first Illusion, SHOULD BE A MAGICIAN)

- repave the whole car park. (NOTHING YET)

- Create a entrance north of the ground (PARK AT TESCOS 5 MIN WALK)

- build a new ticket office (in the new town end) in the forum of a concourse which includes a Fast Food restaurant (raising more money for the club)(NOTHING DONE)

- widen the concourses in the Arkells and Nationwide stands (WONT BE DONE, MAYBE DO IT AS PER MK DONGS STADIUM?)

- Add a walk of fame in the ground with pictures of town highlights, shirts trophies etc to liven up the concourses. (LEGENDS LOUNGE PRETTY MUCH HAS THIS NOW)

- Make the stadium gates wider and more accessible. (I AM A FATTER CUNT THAN BEFORE)

- Make a walk way that goes all the way around the ground (PRETTY DAFT IDEA REALLY AS YOU CAN GET INTO THE WHOLE STADIUM)

- Add some interactive football games (like a penalty taking game, playstation 2 for kids etc)(L&P DO THIS SOMETIMES AND GWR/ADVER DAYS)

- Add an internal pub/bar for fans to enjoy before and after matches. (LEGENDS LOUNGE)

- In the New town end add some luxury boxes (IN TRUST PROPSALS)

- paint (DONE)

- perhaps a clean (new roof) (PAINT ON WIND SHIELDS TO CLEAN IT UP)

- Paint the outside of the stands or put brick behind them to create the illusion it is a new stadium (WELL PAINT IS DONE ALONG THE BACK OF THE ARKELLS NOW,, NO NEW BRICKS :()

im not really,I dont know how to be honest.

My interest in Town was rekindled after Malpas got the boot.

I've only come back on in the last couple of weeks or so after Gaz mentioned something about the TEF on the L&P forum.

It is mainly because I have a huge amount of time for DV's opinions on matches and players and he doesn't post on L&P any more. IMO DV would make a much better match day manager of STFC than any of Onoura, Wise, Sturrock, Malpas or Wilson. He is usually right on the money.

Anyway, I finally return and find the whole sorry reason why I packed the TEF in regurgitated. A shame.
