hopefully he wil get it extended from just a year, then we can see him next year as he single handedly walks league 2 with lincoln (scoring past the scum again)

What might have been. The playoff season (03/04) saw him flourish in the right wingback slot in the 5-3-2 King had adopted, but his horrific injury against Blackpool in January saw him never to return to the brilliant and consistent form he had shown.
I often thought last season he could have perhaps added the hard-man in midfield touch, but I imagine it's a case of the Keith O'Halloran situation. Good luck to him, thanks for the memories. Take note Grant Smith.

I love that man and I am not ashamed to say it. Will never forget oxford away that man is a ledge. And if he knew about sky boxes (ie fixing them) I would start a appreciation group!
