I heard today from a reliable contact at the club (dont ask me to name him/her coz I wont) that the Rooney deal is done and dusted.  Exciting times!

Wray was on the radio saying that they are talking to Gillingham about Rooney and hope to reach agreement with Gills to sign him - so your sauce was obviously the Radio...

I personally would like us to make a move for Freddy 'Gypo' Eastwood.

Been told he can leave Coventry on a free or on a season long loan, high wages but I think we could could offer a fair percentage of his wages.

Still only 28 and just needs to regain his fitness level and he would be a good signing IMO.
