I doubt it, but that isn't really the question. There are a couple of things being chased down - Standing is claiming he part owns the business, in which case Power can't sell it to anyone on his own anyway. If that isn't found to be true, Standing is likely a creditor, and one big enough to potentially force Admin himself and control it. Either way, the Court is involved because Power doesn't really have the right to do either avenue on his own - at least that is how I am reading it. Forcing Power to deal with Clem seems like the Court trying to get an end game resolved.

Worth noting the judge has ordered Clem and Standing to stump up £300,000 - presumably the monthly wage bill. He must have a good idea in his own mind who owns what. Clem is fair enough as he is an official partner, but to order Standing to put in (more) cash seems to me the judge thinks he has an obligation to do so - which would be odd if hasn’t.
