Clear out and start again.
That's a lot of wages off the payroll. Now to get some quality replacements. The next few weeks are certainly going to be interesting.

If Douglas goes, I fear a relegation battle again..... Starting to think now we should have hired a manager who knows this level, Massive job now for an inexperienced manager who doesn't know L2. Time will tell though!
