Not a player, but I had a look in the conference and Luke Williams is doing an absolutely marvelous job with Notts County 5 points clear at the top. The league record is P32, W23, D8, L1.

You would imagine that his style of play wouldn't be suited to the conference, but he's absolutely smashing it.

Impressive.

Wonder if he's still playing it that way, or if he's adapted slightly?

Talking of ex players did anyone see one of the goals Crawley conceded last night? Conroy kicking the ball into his own face letting the Stockport player in on goal

Successful short pass though isn’t it?

The Sutton commentary team called them the Barcelona of the NL last night, said they played great football for that level - I got the feeling that the commentary team had far more knowledge on NL than the EFL based on some of the stuff they were coming out with last night.

They were pants. I don't think the summariser/co-commentator offered one iota of analysis during the 90 minutes. At times he struggled to put a coherent sentence together, it was painful.

Sutton comms team were awful.

Jephcott isn't Iandolo (free kick) well into the game.
Austin only played 2 games for us in the first spell and "they've taken to him quickly", etc, etc.

If County are going that well with passing football then fair play. I am staggered.

Just watched. He messed up but didn't hit his face though I can see why you thought so.
Let's hope this Wisdom rumours comes to fruition as he sounds just what we need as a CB
