Gary roberts on twitter saying he only came to swindon for the money and it was a shit year of his life.

If he's played better he might have enjoyed himself more.

Can't argue with that.

Pretty fucking accurate. I think an apology is more in order than a fucking moanathon. What a 'orrible Northern cunt, I felt sorry for him when he was here.

Anything north of Bristol or East of Swindon is 'the north' for me, a terrifying and horrible place where no-one should ever venture.

Looks like we dodged a bullet there

Sorry, didn't make myself clear. Wasn't making a judgement on whether he was guilty or not, more the general propensity to go out on the lash and get in aggro (whether his fault or not). Wouldn't have gone down well with the Dear Leader, so he'd have ended up another expensive acquisition sat on the wage bill but not featuring on the pitch. Which I appreciate isn't the most obvious reading of my very hastily made post. My apologies

I think Reg was just pulling out the fact that the pub was the same name as his regular.  Wonder what will happen to the Beehive once the new stuff is built on the college site, will it gentrify?

Correct.  I don't think it's possible for anywhere in Swindon to gentrify...as long as it doesn't chavify, I'll be happy.
