The one that got away? Generally, if our youth players can't make it here they can't make it anywhere but seems not with this lad.

Another one that Budgie Byrne brought to the club I think, I saw him a few times for the reserves and thought he wasn't that good TBH was lightweight and pushed off the ball easily.....he looks to have bulked up a lot since leaving us. Wasn't with us long though, only about a season IIRC.

This page is fairly recent (09/11/2012) and says "Former Huddersfield Town and Gillingham striker Iffy Onuora is now a Regional Coach for The PFA"

I'm sure he'd been and gone before Byrne got here. Didnt Ince take him to Macclesfield and then Franchise?

He says his career was finished here after the Clarke incident yet I recall him playing against Wimbledon and Huddersfield in November.

He looked half decent at times.

Ignoring the way it ostracised players instead of trying to make them work harder, I do find the stories of them being forced to train seperately quite amusing. It's almost as if Di Canio thought those who didn't train hard enough had cooties and didn't want them to infect the other players.

Not an ex player but Moshni released too - a complete cock who thinks he's much better than he actually is!
