I never knew until about 5 minutes ago that Fjortoft played in the same Rapid Wien side as Diego Maradona's brother Hugo.  Don't know why but I found that really interesting. And adds to Jan's super-legendary status.

I caught the goal on SSN last night. It looked so wrong.

Aside from Ritchie winning League 1 POTY, Simon Cox also won Football League goal of the year at the FL awards. If Austin had carried on his early season goal scoring form we'd probably be talking about a clean sweep at the awards today.

Personally I find the success of former players both half pleasing as I like to see them do well, and half depressing to consider what we've been deprived, especially, in this case, as all 3 would provide the key qualities our current squad is lacking.

Ritchie, Cox and Austin in the same team would be ridiculous.

Coxy should've won it a few years ago for his effort against Walsall. That was better than the goal that won it last night.

I know he's still our player, but didn't think this needed a new thread.

Paul Caddis has been called up as an replacement for the Scotland squad.

Updating my CV - just one of those new thing I needed to master since I'm not a football player anymore! Life is interesting! #Exciting

I once saw a game where Pericard looke ok. late that season when we were shit. Borrowed a friends season ticket. Think we drew.

Might be getting him confused with someone else.

Is he the one on the right?
