Ive tried and failed it lists a load of stuff then auuotmaticly dissappears,i press alt and printscreen and nothing happens .Im a spaz

on the plus side its working much better now

if it's being shitty again, try opening the command prompt in start > accessories > command prompt and type

ipconfig /renew all

make sure all internet thingies are closed then try again.

so much for trying to help!

download CCleaner, install it, run it and uncheck all boxes except for Windows Explorer > Run (in start menu) then click 'Run Cleaner'.

should sort it
