Post by: Onion_Jimbo on Friday, April 1, 2005, 09:41:59
hello

Its time to upgrade my computer as i want to play pro evo online and beat africans.

does anyone know about computers or are you all inbred hicks? If so can you help me.

I need just the guts of a computer. motherboard, processor, memory, graphics card..... think thats it?

The only thing it needs to do is play pro evo online.

Post by: Whits on Friday, April 1, 2005, 10:46:57
most shops don't do motherboard bundles, that why i recommended that one cause its a piece of piss to put together, comes pre built and tested so no feckin around!

*cough*

No, not at all.

That's quite a bargain from Whits but I'd avoid the LE stuff, it's substandard and for a bit more money you could probably get a better card which isn't underclocked.

Jimbo, have you had any games on the pesonline thing yet? I've found out why it wasn't working, I could only play as client not host but I can host as well now.:beers

If anyone wants to play me and why wouldn't you. Buy the game

http://www.play.com/play247.asp?pa=srmr&page=title&r=PC&title=180527

or you could download it off here:
http://www.torrentspy.com/search.asp?mode=torrentdetails&id=66530

but it might take a while.

What type of specification do you need to play pro evo on the PC? Ive got a laptop woth 40GB memory, and a dvd player. Is that gonna be good enough to play it properly?

Title: upgrade time
Post by: Ben Wah Balls on Sunday, April 3, 2005, 18:19:20
You don't need a different controller to play it on pc, just one of those adapters (£6.99) and use the playstation controller.

I think it depends what graphics card the laptops got and how fast it is.

Whits just get it off there http://www.play.com/play247.asp?pa=srmr&page=title&r=PC&title=180527 probably cheaper anyway.
