Really good save from FBT.

Quiet game until we scored, Walsall played a lot better afterwards but their goal was one of those unfortunate ones that just happen sometimes and aren't really anyone's fault obviously. Our goal was a moment of quality, but hugely helped by the Walsall #6 being comically out of position up front.

Anyone's game this, a fair few decent performers so far, but the bulk of the play happening down our left/Walsall's right, Hutton and Shade haven't seen much of it at all while Lavinier/Williams/Iandolo have been busy.

Need to take darcy off at half-time

Interesting, I thought he'd been okay. Clearly drifting out of position as basically none of the play has been down our right (apart from our goal, ironically) and had a dodgy minute where he made a couple of mistakes, but I wouldn't say he was playing particularly poorly.

Walsall look shite for 45/40 mins of that, we definately controlled 90% of that half but not creating enough good chances, FBT had a couple of good attacking headers but Hutton is very quiet so far.

I think a heat map of that half would basically be all in front of the Arkells apart from our goal.

Indeed, almost everything down the left side for us, yet Darcy, Shade and Hutton are in acres of space on the right when they are passed to.

Don't think it's been mentioned, but Austin is sat besides Clem in the exec area.

It’s pretty much the same as every game this season isn’t it? Boring, lots of possession but not much actually happening with it.

We've had less than half the possession on the official stats!

Can't really argue with that.

I would say that 40% of the Walsall possession can be officially given as "in the air"!
