Title: This forum Post by: Boeta on Tuesday, April 26, 2005, 21:29:52 I don't like the way it's at the bottom. It should be between General Discussion and NSFW seeing as its gonna be more popular than the NSFW and PYC forums. I might be exceptionally lazy but I just don't like having to scroll down that little bit further to get here.
Chandana's making his debut tomorrow. We might start doing something useful. Wouldn't count on it though. Title: This forum Post by: Reg Smeeton on Tuesday, April 26, 2005, 21:31:39 Who's we?

'the fella on the left' hasn't got the worst ODI record I've ever seen (10 matches, 21 with the bat, 28 with the ball) Title: This forum Post by: blinkpip on Tuesday, April 26, 2005, 22:09:44 Quote from: "Boeta" We've brought out a kit just for Twenty20 this year: http://www.gloscricket.co.uk/images/news/Twenty20.jpg It's a bit of a shocker I'll give us that. Not as good as Somersets 20/20 shirt last year. That's the best cricket shirt I ever seen. Just a pitty they didn't bring it out. Somerset's new coach stated before the season that 'Gloucestershire are our role models' 8) Somerset's batting is too inconsistent and the bowling is full of over the hill moaning gits (okay the second bit 'moaning git' probably only refers to Caddick) Title: This forum Post by: yeo on Tuesday, April 26, 2005, 22:22:23 Yes Im a Somerset supporter.

Your favourite player is Ian Blackwell, who despite being a hugely talented player prefers the social side to athletic dedication...and so is in an honourable tradition of lardarses who biff sixes but don't really achieve. Title: This forum Post by: Boeta on Tuesday, April 26, 2005, 22:31:36 blackwell talented?! hahaha
he only scores runs because he plays at taunton (for those who don't know, the pitch is a batsman's paradise and the boundaries are tiny) Title: This forum Post by: Boeta on Tuesday, April 26, 2005, 22:33:28 number 3 return for ian blackwell searched on google:

Title: This forum Post by: sonicyouth on Tuesday, April 26, 2005, 22:34:08 so it's got nothing to do with the fact he can hit that round thing with the long flat stick?
Title: This forum Post by: Reg Smeeton on Tuesday, April 26, 2005, 22:34:49 Didn't he muster a hundred on a dank seaming pitch at Old Trafford only last week.
PS I could happily support Gloster......but they play in Bristol which is not Gloster. Title: This forum Post by: Johno on Wednesday, April 27, 2005, 06:56:11 Boeta...........shut up! (you have mostly got a point though)
Somerset are going to face a long season as we don't have any bloody bowlers!! but you know we have jaysuriya at the mo and hes crap. hit 9, 11 and 13 so far...woopdedoodah! but soon we'll have Graham Smith so hopefuly he shall prove to be better! and might get some runs and yes Blackwell is fat, and slogs and hits alot of runs when he gets going thats why he has had england call ups which has thrown away stuidly! so i don't care aslong as he hits runs! Title: This forum Post by: Boeta on Wednesday, April 27, 2005, 11:37:56 Yeovil... Sabres is Somerset's one-day league and Twenty20 Cup nickname. The Shire's is Gladiators, Surrey's Lions etc.
