Seeing as we have threads for cider and beer....

Haven't drunk a pint of lager in ages, possibly a year. Had a few Stella stubbies a couple of weeks ago.

Can't think of too many lagers that aren't brewed by the big producers, are there any 'micro' lagers?

Freedom lager is decent...

I'm assuming it's still around, but Arkells Pilsner, was decent enough a couple of years back....even got a validation from the lamented Spencer White...

Stiegl from Salzburg is probably the best lager I have ever drank. In fact, I have a bottle sat next me right now

Went to a dutch brewery house a couple of weeks ago. The lager was exquisite. Lager is my second favourite tipple, second to stout. I tend to find other 'beers' a bit sweet for my liking.
