Nooo, really, these were small about 4” in diameter.
I've no idea really but it wouldn't surprise me. Edit: Just checked... £3

Sounds about right I’d guess but still tasteless crap. TBh for something like that I’d go to M&S or Waitrose but I didn’t do the shopping this week and don’t do desserts as a norm but she meant well.

Fuck sake... https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-shropshire-56979521 Tasered him for 6x longer than normal then kicked him twice in the head, whilst his colleague used her baton to strike him "a number of times" while he lay still in the road.

Weighed myself for the first time in probably 10 years and i was horrified. I know i had put on a few pounds over the years, after all, that's what marriage and kids does to you but i was not prepared for what the scale showed.
Time to take back control and stop feeling sorry for myself!!

I've lost 4 kilos since mid-January.
It might not sound much, but I didn't get fitxr (which is a real calorie burner) until about 2 months ago. I've also not been using it much for 3 weeks because of an injury (my fault).
I've also visibly gained muscle mass.
Oh, and I've made no significant changes to my diet.

I know, I still have my 16kg one but i feel i need to get a lighter one to start me back up. Its been a long while and my body is falling to pieces as it is. My knee is fucked from football and my backs not great either. As much as i'd love to get back into gym and lift some heavy weights, my body wont take it. Just got to focus on diet for now and just try to be a bit more active in general.

Couch to 5k is good. I was someone who rarely weighs themself too but got progressively heavier. Healthy eating, walking to work and running has sorted me out. Still want to lose a few more pounds but lost loads of timber and have lots of new clothes because of it.
