I am currently looking to rent a one or two bedroom flat long term in Swindon. Problem is credit is shit so not able to go through property agent as on IVA. Been working with same company for 7 years so income guaranteed. Anyone know anywhere that won't necessarily get shirty about credit or wouldn't do credit check as ill fail and would take first last deposit with no issues? I've been told going private May be best but can give references Etc.

Swindon Homes Direct. Gave a friend of mine who resembles Stig Of The Dump a 1 bed flat in Westlea with £400 deposit, no checks, no references
