Idles at Max Schmelling arena Berlin (support Ditz) last Friday, all pretty damn good. Missed Doncaster at home Saturday though, shame that 🤔

Can confirm he was as good as ever. Gem Archer on guitar gets better with age. Good football banter windin up the Pompey fans too. All round good night.

A Jaz Coleman spoken word effort in Cheltenham tonight. Should be interesting.
Also an opportunity to get familiar with the old haunts ahead of a potential visit next season.
More than happy to swap FGR for Cheltenham before we potentially part company with league football for a while.

Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves? Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here? Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change? Crap!

Good stuff, enjoyed it. No great surprise to hear that the nuclear apocalypse is almost upon os. Lots of insights about Geordie, grief, first rehearsals in Cheltenham, time in Egypt, Iceland, New Zealand & not forgetting the Nazca Lines etc. Only the one mention of Aleister Crowley. He's knows his stuff, clearly very intelligent and quite softly spoken. We all have one creative masterwork within us apparently which was quite inspiring.

So, The Stranglers are back on the road for their 50th anniversary shenanigans.
A gathering of the black t shirt clad baldy masses, stout of body & mind all.
Always a great occasion when one of the bands that you've grown up with hits the stage at The Royal Albert Hall.

Hopefully Baz's voice has recovered. Bristol gig cancelled last night.

Was supposed to be watching Jonathan Pie on Thursday at The Forum in Bath but the Mrs has a stinking cold and doesn't want to go now.
If anyone wants them I'm happy to sell for £20 for the pair
Saw him last week. A superb show.
