No idea how anyone can make a judgement on this, the footage isn't clear at all.

To me personally it looks as if the contact from the other opposition player has caused him to lose his balance but like i say im nowhere near certain of that. In this case i'd be more inclined to trust the judgement of ice hockey players as to whether that sort of leg movement is possible when getting a whack.

As an aside don't look at the replies on social media to any story involving this, the usual mix of racists and social media detectives come out in droves.

My friend played in the ice lords first team back in the day and still has contacts in the game. Consensus amongst him and his contacts was there was a case to answer. I’d say they know more about the game than I do and even I thought it was suspect when I saw the footage on line, so I’d say they called it right. It is now up to the judicial system to present a case to the CPS and the CPS to decide wether there is a case to answer.

We saw him at Madstock in 2009 and he couldnt stand and could barely walk ro sing, he was so bad the Pogues flutist apologised on stage at the end of the gig. We said we didnt think he would last another year at that point.
