I dont see the problem with him being there. He's a popular bloke amongst the players and is generally considered to be a good pro.
I'm sure Capello sees him a being a good influence and thats good enough for me.

You can't take the performance of the team and use it to suggest that an individual has underachieved on the international stage. Drogba has never won the World Cup, Essien has never won the world cup, Cristiano Ronaldo has never won the World Cup. Does that mean they have underachieved internationally? |
