Shame.

I think we all know there's a player in there somewhere, it seems as though he's broken though. Fingers crossed he'll come good again,

And his performance last Monday against the Saints

A waste of a shirt, then. We can't afford to persist with that.

Judging by what Ive seen in pre season, we are in big, big trouble this year.

This from an optimist too.

agreed. Dodgy defence, little creativity, a lack of goal beyond potentially Smith and no real experience in any position on the park

Thought both Lelan and Turnbull showed some promise. Shame its not Troy rather than Branco trying to hold things together at the back though. Good to hear talk of new strikers as Smith definitely needs more help up front than Williams currently providing. Thought Kasim was poor tonight lost possession far more than was the case last year but actually thought Gladwin in his 20 minute cameo looked pretty promising

We need better centre halves and a creative midfielder. Badly

As above. but with another creative striker, Smith will do well alongside a Cox type player ( yeah I know we haven't the money)

Towards the beginning of last season, were Mass and Yaser not being talked about as the magical midfield pairing?  Yaser in particular.

Either that or falls over too much.

Smith had a good game last night, nice finish for the equaliser too

They have a decent amount of creativity between them IMO, not saying we couldn't do with another attack minded midfielder mind you.

Anyway the only thing i care about from friendlies are fitness levels, performance are irrelevant from these games.
