Be nice if someone did. Proofing your own work is tricky and Wordpress certainly doesn't help as it has a nasty habit of resetting the cursor to a random point after each autosave.
I was only taking the piss as I am incapable of proofing my own work which is great fun when you work alone, hence the wife ends up reading lots of stuff she finds tediously boring!

Why can't we employ someone called Ted Knutson? Disappointing.

He's a lot better now than when we had him. No surprise I know but fair play to him.

Met him in a cafe once while he was playing for Cardiff, I didn't realise who he was until after he'd left. Apologies for the abysmal anecdote, can't think of any way to jazz it up without lying good for him, though. What's the general consensus on Mass' performance?

I remember him at home to Port Vale, he came charging out, only to misjudge the bounce - the ball skidded on, bounced over him, and the striker nipped into score. Otherwise, he wasn't bad. Seemed a level headed player and glad to see him doing well now. Had Carrick been in the squad, we could have had four ex town players on the pitch tonight.

There were 4 on the pitch, albeit not at the same time as Massa came off before Heaton came on. Brad Smith, Massa, Milner and Heaton.

He saved one against Bristol City but Murray scored the retake.

Ha, I don't mind at all! It's slightly less embarrassing than the time I met James Hook and didn't know who he was. He kissed me on the cheek at a time most welsh men would have kissed him anywhere he'd asked - I thought he was a runner or something.

James Hook is a niche market this side of the Severn....I'm not sure I'd get him in a quiz picture round. I did get Jamie Roberts recently, mainly because of his medical stuff, which put me in mind of Jonathan Webb, who was probably the last of the amateur English rugby playing doctors. I met Webb as he house shared with the ex wife's cousin over in Bristol....his legs were probably about like mine, not the pit props of the modern egg chaser.
