Unless he left his phone out and one of his mates did it, then someone with the ability to hack Twitter accounts, to the point they can send tweets from it, actually bothered to hack Miles Storey? I'm no expert but surely these things take a bit of time and effort, that you could probably spend on not winding up about 30 people who'll forget about it 10 minutes later. Seems like a cop out.

'He' is getting quite a mention on Five Live this afternoon for missing various chances for Inverness Cally Thistle...

Had a good chat with Alan Connell today at Frome. He was on the bench for Poole Town. Said he loved his time with us and never wanted to leave. Doing some coaching with the Bournemouth academy. Not been back to the cg since he left but would like to visit. I assured him he would get a warm welcome. Genuinely one of the nicest men I've ever met in football.

Has to be the most likely explanation surely? Even completely shitfaced he'd surely have enough nouse to realise that: a) It's very unwise to burn your bridges in such a tenuous profession b) It's very unwise to so publicly demonstrate that you ARE completely shitfaced a few days before a game

c) you might actually be shitfaced though and forget that a and b apply You're right though. It's far more believable than someone "hacking" him. I get that you can't come out and say sorry I was pissed, but this "I was hacked" stuff is pretty much nonsensical. He's not bloody Beyoncé. No one is going to bother hacking his account, and it's not like it was a separate fake one which fools people because they've replaced an L with an I which looks the same in some fonts. I think Twitter has better security protocols than ones which allow you to set up an account with the same name and post crap..

Cheer up!
BBC:
Gray turned Aden Flint on the halfway line to race clear and fire low past Frank Fielding and made it 2-0 to the hosts with a neat finish in the box.

I was in Suffolk over Christmas and went to see Ipswich against QPR on boxing day. Douglas was in midfield for Ipswich, scored a scrappy overhead kick but was pretty poor throughout. Grant Hall was in the back 4 for QPR and looks a much, much better player than his time here. No appearance for Mass. Both teams were pretty poor to be honest, not a good advert for Championship football at all.

Who's proven he's shit in England time and time again. (80 odd games and 8 goals) The sooner he's released in the summer and everyone moves on the better! To put Storeys figures in context he has scored 7 league goals versus Adam Rooneys 14 who most people also thought wasn't good enough which gives a fairly good indication of the poor quality of the SPL.
