we have good players
They told you that themselves did they? I'd be more convinced if they played like it

A few things would depend on certain people and how they were in training....but with everyone fit

Smith/Brez - much of muchness dont think one is any better than the other

Jack Smith
Jerel Ifil
Hansey Aljofree
Jamie Vincent

Kevin Amankwaah - touch and go, he'd played wing back before and I think he could do a job on the right. JPM isnt cutting it and Marshall isnt ready for a full on start. We'd get raped (even more so than we already do) with him and McNamee
Craig Easton
Lee Peacock
Anthony McNamee

Simon Cox
Billy Paynter

or alternativly

Smith/Brez

Smith
Ifil
Aljofree
Vincent

Easton
Peacock
Nalis

Paynter
Corr
Cox

or....even at a push with wing backs

Smith/Brez

Amankwaah

Ifil
Morrison
Vincent

Smith

Easton
Peacock
Nalis

Paynter
Cox

Mcnamee twice in the first team

no, you just cant read Wink

the first mention of McNamee is part of the little thing I wrote about Kevin Amankwaah playing right wing and just so happens to McNamee appears on the next line making it look like I've put him central midfield when really I havent.

Oh and I totally think Peacock should be captain in there and boss the team.

If he's the best we've got, then you are clearly right.  The one thing that stood out for me on Saturday, on reflection, was that we had no captain on the pitch.  Not a Calderwood, nor even a Taylor nor a Leitch.  There was no-one to either get the players going by word or deed.  There was no-one on the field who did, or could do, that job.  It needs to be addressed.
