Southend have won, so in that time they have pulled 21 points away from us.

Is it ever going to get better?

I Hope so KT.

I was optimistic before Doncaster, and even more so today. Shows how wrong I was.

And having seen the league table it's not looking good.

But a win against Port Vale and we should close the gap a bit and it would give the players some confidence which is what they must be crying out for.

COME ON YOU REDS!!

Without being too depressing, anyone know what the worst losing run Swindon have ever had?

its happened a lot under King but we always came out of it playing better football than anyone else in the league.  Not a jibe at Iffy btw - just a casual observation.

7 losses is a club record.

Well i remember Blackpool bein at the bottom of the league at the start of last season for quite a while, but then won a few games in a row. Anyone know how many games they lost in a row?

Strangely doesnt feel as bad as the one in 03-04. Maybe its because I never gave up hope of the play offs that season, whereas this season survival now becomes number 1.

I thought MK were the better team today. Just makes you sick theyve got no history, no proper fans its a cardboard cutout of a club, but youve still got some cunt whos prepared to invest in the club.

People talk about long suffering fans. But surely to have the clubs future undermined is the hardest suffering for any fan.

Not that anyone else gives a shit of course.

King's gone, stop living in the past - look forward. Even if it's terrifying.

And Jimmy Davis saved him against Wycombe in 2002.

2000-01 wasnt a bad run, it was the worst team we'd had for 20 years.

What could possibly indicate to you that King was a good man for turning around our fortunes? Was it his mention of the word 'luck' one hundred times after each defeat?
