I was optimistic before Doncaster, and even more so today. Shows how wrong I was. And having seen the league table it's not looking good. But a win against Port Vale and we should close the gap a bit and it would give the players some confidence which is what they must be crying out for. COME ON YOU REDS!! What about when we lost 5 games in a row, I think most people thought it was a rut at the time and we dropped to the bottom half of the table. That you've forgotten about it just shows how well we got out of it. 2002/2003 we got out of that one well too to finish 10th.
