Think I'd rather they come down than Reading to be honest.

Why limit yourself? Reading, Port Vale and Cheltenham can all get relegated!

Not half!

It doesn't get more open and transparent than that really. It's actually pretty grating reading through what she has written, that had we been quite so organised, we could potentially be in a similar place to where Port Vale are. They put in place SMART goals which has enabled them to get from a club facing the drop to non-league into where they are now. Yes it's not going well this season and even if they were to get relegated, you'd think they would probably be able to be one of the stronger sides in L2.

When a football club is doing badly, there always has to be a scapegoat for the fans. Vale seem like they have great owners and no manager so Flitcroft is getting the brunt of the abuse. With that said, I believe their recruitment has been pants so maybe Flitcroft has earned the criticism.

Keshi Anderson come on as substitute for Birmingham tonight. Looks like he's put on a stone or two.

Not an ex player as such (only on trial) but ex Town target Tom Nichols scores on his Mansfield debut.

Payne and Tomlinson both score for MKD, Swift for WBA, Johnny Goddard for Slough, Jordan Young for Yeovil.
