Their keeper, Connor Ripley seems highly rated and has been released.
I was convinced we have had him loan for like 2 games or something but Wikipedia says I’ve made that up.
That wasn't Ripley, believe it or not. |

Are you thinking of Connal Trueman perhaps? One of the least memorable of the season of six keepers.
Nope, whilst I probably would definitely struggled to name all the keepers from that season - in my head this fictional loan for Ripley was further back than that & just as cover for a short injury/suspension. |

Had one game on emergency loan up the A420 before being sent back for not being very good! |

Still, he was Morecambe’s POTS and he’s free and we need a keeper.
So based on that - I say we should sign him. 30 isn’t particularly old for a keeper either.
