How about some traditional categories like:
Loanee of the Year
Perfomance of the Year
Goal of the Year
etc.
as well as the Unsung Hero, Like to have a pint with etc.
the TEF MAN OF THE YEAR Award for Excellence and Fantasticness being the main award, obviously. I like that idea. It would seem a bit of a shame to just give out one award, so some little ones like you've mentioned would be good. |

I'd go for Gurney as man of the year, he's put in loads of years for us as a player and all though a bit of a nutter it was what we needed a lot of the time. Shame his injuries forced him to retire.
