I think that's a real shame. Wonder whether this is what he's been angling for? Disappointed we are not going to make any money out of it. Still, he has scored a few and helped us get into a healthy position until the transfer window opens.

Good biz by the club...end of shelf life...cut loose...

I hope he can turn himself around...  You never know what you've got til it's gone...

I agree with FLash, he did well for us but you don't follow the rules then you have to go. Thanks for the goal vs Shitty, hope you sort your life out in the end and realise you have been a total twat to yourself.

In vaguely related news, I see Jed has said on twitter.com that he'd have been willing to look at Ched Evans when he is released.

Makes you wonder how everything would have panned out.

Top top top player on the pitch for us this season. He's been so important to us and is miles better than league 1. Shame he's still not sorted himself out yet. Assuming he is innocent then this cant be easy at the moment for him not that its an excuse. Hope he sorts himself out as the guy has real talent.

Must get a target man in now asap. Thomas isn't that though is he?

Thank fuck for that.

I look forward to my taxes supporting the clown through the rest of his days as that's last chance saloon he's just vacated.

Needs to be done but what a fucking waste of talent Doh

I wonder if this is partly due to the mobility of footballers these days?

20- 30 years ago, I suspect loan players were put in digs in the area of the club they were at. Contracted players bought or rented a place in the area where they played.

These days, it is not at all uncommon for me to be overtaken on the M4 by someone en route home to London after a match. Timlin was a regular and I often see Mercs that I recognise from the bit of car park outside the trust office bit of the car park.

Makes it more of a chore to turn up for training in Swindon if you have to drive in 40+ miles.

The right decision but it took too long. I doubt he's had much of a negative effect on the rest of the squad and the players but the wages we've wasted over the past month or two could have been used for a less talented but more committed forward.

Bit of a double blow losing Ajose who I've been more and more impressed with every time I've seen him.

A bit surprised to see the negatives appearing on this thread.....the guy is a complete arsehole  no doubts about it but without question a talented footballer - I think he will be missed more than people on here think..... Pint

Anyone would think the cunt is Lionel Messi the way some people on here carry on.

L1 is his level, he's a decent L1 footballer but hardly impossible to replace.
