Nope and even then autobiographies aren't exactly know for heir accuracy are they?
Noooo, but they do give an insight into the mindset of the author. Which is what RedFrog was talking about.

Or another option could be that it's 100% made up bollocks by the Sun, in the same way the Mail fabricated the Hoddle, Coppell, Barker story yesterday.
Well, yeah, I was taking that as a given Smiley

Shocked Surely you're not suggesting that footballers sometimes advertise their books as autobiographies when they've not been involved in writing them?

I'm shocked.

Its in the Sun

Good rule of thumb: If its in the Sun, its made up.

People reacting to this as if its real?

From him saying he would pay 30k of his own money to keep players, and waive his image rights for us to use top facilities in Italy, which was the behaviour of a passionate, generous person to apparently (it is the Sun so pinch of salt maybe needed) sueing the club that he was so passionate about?

If its true, it will leave a very very bitter taste with the fans here, who supposedly he was so fond of.

This, IF TRUE (must be if it's in the Sun)

He's a bit of a dick really, if he does sue.

Take it out on Black or Patey if you must - not the club, fans or current board.

Was the decision to Richie a joint one between new and old board? I was thinking at that point the club was in Joint control - so maybe there is some comeback for the current lot

He was loved by so many at STFC, he is starting to lose that affection and it's a shame that his time at Swindon will now contain so many bad memories as well as the good ones.

Where's that 'We Want Our Paolo Back" petition now? If this is true, PDC goes from hero and saviour to pantomime villian in one fell swoop.

Yes IF the rumour is true...

I think it's safe to assume that every post in this thread comes with the disclaimer of ***IF TRUE***

I thought he just walked and was one of the good guys?

Yeah, he left of his own accord, saving us his wages and a severance package.
