Or just a massive retard? Risser definatley isn't the worse player we've had for ages, you could pick half of last years squad.

He is showing signs of improvement as well.

Was chatting with Risser the other day.

Seems a bloody nice bloke, so I'm well pleased it's coming together for him.

Same.

Hes sorted me out with a signed shirt. Top man.

I'm also left footed anyway.  That'd be awesome.

Rooney was superb when he came on, looking like a great signing, didnt rate risser today
next time Risser plays, and yes there will be a next time because Paolo obviously rates him watch a little more closely and then come back with some constructive criticism of Risser as you've made it clear you don't like him.

No, 69er is a goldfish, because he can only have a memory of 7 seconds if Risser is the worst player he can remember.

Let's face it there were plenty of candidates that were far worse last season.

Did any of those slagging off Risser watch the match on Saturday?
And if they did were they paying attention or just looking for an excuse to exude venom on one of our team?
Risser was one of our most effective players vs Macc and judging by most comments here this was recognised by the majority.  I'd prefer Smith in most cases but as PdC has a far greater tactical awareness, knowledge of the players and the opposition that I do, I trust that his team selection will be made for perfectly good reasons and I expect that we'll see some rotation with "horses for courses."  I'm glad that Risser seems to be settling in and proving a valuable part of the squad.

Pretty poor all round really. The board must see that Di Canio is under-performing in the league, time to take action?

e: sorry, can't help it sometimes.
