Not sure if the game is on or not yet, but it's positively warm up here in comparison to last week. The oldham site says the pitch is still frozen a couple of inches under the surface according to the oldham site so there may be issues with it being waterlogged now as the water won't drain away. I guess the inspection was to see if it would take a stud or not but nothing else has been released yet
