Not very good, but a contender or two. Lots of freeloaders today though.

Mahoney for dishing out the bollockings.

Trying to choose an outfield player is like asking if you prefer Fred or Rose West.

Eh, Kokolo and Austin did okay. FBT some good some bad. Not strong cases but better than most did today.  Ultimately you're looking for a 6/10 in a sea of 4 or lowers.

Kokolo looked our best outfield player (until making 2 balls ups in 10 seconds that nearly cost us a goal).

Austin won the odd ball in midfield.

Mahoney saved a couple of shots.

The was the extend of our positives. At most, I'd give them 6/10. The others would range from 2-4. Does that deserve a MotM vote?

P.S. Could go for Genesini, as he finally did something that enabled him to get on the pitch! (Where he incidentally did nothing!!)

In what has been a sad and darkly comical week, my vote, after a drubbing, goes to the keeper.

Yeah, for the first time this season I genuinely can’t think of anyone even remotely worthy of mention.

Plenty of contenders for our worse performance. I don’t think I’ve seen FBT have a poorer first half than that (until the change anyway!) - UGM not far behind in the shitness stakes!

Must admit, I felt sorry for Minturn getting sacrificed. He looked well pissed off. I would have been too as UGM and FBT were worse than him!

4-0 loss and almost all the votes are for defensive players. I know nothing about football, clearly...

This has been quite common all season hasn't it?

Well, yes, although in most games you could at least say that FBT/UGM have been good going forward even if they were shaky at the back. Not sure you could even say that yesterday.

But you could also say why would you vote attacking players when we didn’t score, or create?

Yeah I get that. From my perspective, the only time we clearly improved in the game is when Austin came on. Young ran his bollocks off, even if he didn't really get a sniff. Kemp was quieter than usual, but had a couple of moments. It's thin gruel, but I don't get voting for the CBs at least.

I’m with you. I though Dokes and FBT were awful. The latter’s form has really suffered. Looks a shell of his former self.
