I think my Leicester City connection may mean it's Kevin MacDonald...but I can't remember if they were in the prem then or not.

Jimmy Gabriel...I could have stayed here all night and not got him.
Never seems to get much of a mention in the all time crap STFC players stakes...a classic Les Allen signing...he was way past his sell by date when joining us.
I saw him make his debut at Pompey..it near broke my heart to see the pile of shit we'd become, and how stalwarts like Thomas Trollope Burrows and Butler were having to cope in a crap outfit with dross like Mick McGovern, Ron Potter and sorry to say Flash Dave Syrett.
Ray Treacy scored for us in a routine 1-3 defeat...he wasn't too bad, Mackay had bought him.
But he and Thomas were away within a couple of games...bizarrely Les Allen had bought Ray Clarke from Spurs reserves, probably to replace Treacy...but it didn't work for him here and he went on to be a legend for Feyenoord and Ajax.

Good point.
I'll go Kevin MacDonald then.
Never saw this before Donkey's post. You've got the final one.
