Doesn't make sense from a footballing ability point of view, nor from a leadership point of view.
So that only leaves it being a financial descision - either we were desperate for money or we didn't want to see him go for free, OR, he wanted to go OR something has goneon behind the scenes.
I'm usually wrong, but that is the only thing tht makes sense to me. Either way its pissed me off.
Slate me away, but Morrison isn't ready to take the mantle yet.

I can't believe it either, especially to a club in the same division and, arguably a side worse than us at the moment. £250,000 sounds as if they've mugged us off in these negotiations, and i just pray that the money is made available to Wilson to utilise.

I can only assume that Wilson thinks he is, especially in view of his earlier comments. Maybe Wilson was mega-pissed off at him getting sent off at Charlton? When the story first broke it was Fitton saying 'no deal at any price' but it was Wilson who was pretty much saying 'come back and make us a better offer' |
