They are just baffling to me. After the Walsall game most players got a 7. But yet that was the best performance in years from a Swindon team, going to the top team away from home dominating from start to finish. They deserved 9's for me.

Then most players get a 7 again for yesterdays performance. How does that work? We were no where near as good yesterday especially at the back. We messed about to much at the back at times. Roberts and Timlin got 6's? Roberts looked dangerous today, Timlin looks a different class on the ball and both of these created the 2 goals. And Pook getting a 7. Whats that all about. Boubs was my MOTM, Ady most certainly was not, not sure why he got it? Baffling all round.

Pook did OK, seeing as it was his first start for Sturrock, and he's all for first impressions, I'm sure he's dione himself some good.

Do they still have a bizare rating system which is between 4 and 9? Surely doing 1-5 stars (or if they want to keep the same relative scale 1-6 stars) would be better.

Pook was a 6 in my opinion started off quite well and did very little wrong but as the game went on he got sloppy and too many stray passes or hoofs when we were under pressure, personally dont think Pook can cut it at this level and will be playing for supermarine in a year or 2.  Dont think Sturrock likes him either that was his only start and that was because we were desperate with all the injuries!!
