Bassett I would expect the Waggon, the Curriers (both on the Lyneham end of the High Street) and the Old Nick (High Street end of Station Road) will have it on. All within a 2 minute walk of each other so if one's not got it on, the next is just up the road. Would probably have the Old Nick as a last resort unless you are keen on getting in a fight for no reason whatsoever (it's not that bad really).

Likewise for bath

What rugby is on Sky on Friday night? If there's a Premiership game on then I don't fancy the chances of even getting one of the pubs that would show live sport on a Friday night in Bath to stick Crawley vs Swindon on instead.

The Royal Oak in Widcombe has a lot of TVs and a sympathetic landlord who may agree to stick the football on one screen... it's also a cracking pub.

Was gonna say dad mentioned the Talbot might be showing it??
I was thinking the same but now going out for dinner with friends instead! Probably more fun!

As for Nam - would Brunel have it FF??

Definitely on in the Wagon, will be a few in there Friday as the parents from my lads footy team are meeting up in there to watch it.   The Old Nick ain't that bad any more, besides hardly anyone drinks in there now.
