The only thing i can think is that king was going to bring him on and then changed his mind?

If you are 3-0 down the last thing you want is to be taken off. You want the chance to get back into it and Howard was probably annoyed because there wasnothing he could do to improve the way we were playing. Not sure what happened with Fallon.
