Exactly this. Unfortunately when a club is owned by a certain type of clientele they only attract interest from the same pool. There’s no way on gods earth any professional business people would entertain doing any sort of deal with the current owners. Fully expect a sale of sorts to the next bunch of shady characters with a history of liquidated businesses. |
