We've always had some very fickle fans unfortunately.

Last week they would have given Iffy every credit.

Maybe he isn't the man for the job? I don't honestly know. But there is currenty no alternative and we have to accept that and support him.

I was with 1700 others in the TE singing I I Iffy Iffy I 5 days ago. If that isn't fickle then what is?!  :|

Was thinking about a very similar post you had made a while back regarding this very same matter but about Kingy whilst listening to the comments.  (Although i do/have agreed with you both times)

The one constant is that are fans are too unrealistic and too quick to complain when things aren't going right and it only takes one game to change their minds.

Odviously I didn't want King to go but it's pointless to start calling for Iffy to go now and i don't want him out, some of the fans have got to realise that constantly changing manager will not solve any problems, just cause more.

 I think Yeovil's post is referring to the people who phone up after a defeat, to call for the manager to be sacked.....not Vic Morgan and Rob Hartley.

 Vic who despite working mostly for Radio Devon and living near Exeter has an STFC season ticket and Rob who hasn't missed a game for 25 years or so.

 I think their rather flippant approach was summed up by the comment, which I'm sure we can al relate to that if you didn't laugh then you'd cry.

 Which famously Stuart Mac did.

I think Iffy has done a decent job consideringm, all of the players seem more motivated/happier then they were under King. Yes losing 4-1 to Boston is humiliating but apart from that he's really turning it around. Just hope tonight isn't slamming the brakes and hitting reverse on our turnaround.

I don't blame Iffy Onuora at all for that tonight... We were never going to win tonight, we never do.

If someone said Bristol City or Boston... I'd say Bristol City! As long as we don't repeat this at Port Vale it's not a disaster.

Financially, even if we won tonight it wouldn't make a difference to our potential crisis if we get relegated.

I turned it off as soon as they scored their second,watched Trinny and Susannah instead :( I haven't listened to an away game since mc dons and we haven't lost until last night when i listened again :( I won't listen to an away game again as its obviously jinxing the boys.

i didn't listen last night as i was out, but agree that all the people who ring up & moan are twats. the same goes for the people who write in to the adver all the time on the little 'text the town' thingy. are  there ever any positive comments in there?! every day its moan, moan, moan, even after the city game.

so what, we're out of the cup now. who cares. we weren't gonna win it & would probably have been beaten in the next round anyway. after heaton was sent off we were always gonna lose.

On Friday it was a good day. We were 6 unbeaten, 2 wins, 4 draws.
Yesterday is was a bad day. We were 12 wins in 10 games.

It's just the way it goes. Win on Saturday and it will be "6 points from the last 2 games , Iffy is god", lose and it will be "Iffy is rubbish, only 1 league win against a poor 10 man outfit".

Iffy out!  :wink:   :? the comment that pisses me off is when people say we need an 'experienced' manager or that Iffy was part of Kingys set-up etc. All Swindon fans can see what a difference Onuora has made in just a small period of time. He'll ensure we survive. If, and thats a big if, we do get relegated Iffy, I beleive, will still be the man for the job.

Hopefully once wank-face King has been paid up the board will make transfer funds available.
