Do we want to do this again?

People may not be aware that our sponsorship 'defaulted' to Matt Ritchie last season after David Ball returned to Man City. The club have offered us the renewal of Matt Richie and I assume the price will be the same as last season - £450. I'm waiting for confirmation.

Of course, we don't have to go with Ritchie and could choose another player. So I'm throwing this open to suggestions. Obviously the squad isn't finalised yet, so we could hold on a while. But from what I gather, other people are already showing an interest in sponsoring players so it may be better to get something arranged sooner rather than later.

I'm not asking for pledges yet, so don't go posting "I'll stick £xx in" because I'll stick up a new thread for that when everything is sorted.

What would we get as a forum for sponsorship?

Signed shirt, two adults for q and a meal, and two corporate tickets to a game. Oh and we get in the matchday programme.

The bits are then drawn out of a hat.

Benefits are:

  • Two passes to the Sponsor’s Suite for a League Two home fixture (subject to availability).
  • A signed shirt from your sponsored player, to be presented at the Sponsors dinner.
  • Two complimentary tickets to the Sponsors dinner.  At this event you will spend the evening with your sponsored player with photograph opportunities.
  • Two Complimentary Main Stand tickets to a Coca Cola home League Two game
  • Acknowledgement of your Player sponsorship on the sponsors page in the Match Day Magazine for all home games

I have already taken out a small ad in the matchday programmes for the whole season, but would join in with this for the first time as well.
