Alan Shearer who won trophy after trophy playing for England is not happy with Capello and questions his Leadership. If only Capello could of emulated Shearers fantastic performance as Newcastle Manager, England would of won the World cup. Shearer did so well he was wanted by several Premiership clubs! Oh hang on a minute......you took them down and in that last game they rolled over like a bunch of Frenchmen before kick off. AND you have done fuck all since.... Great leadership..... Stick to talking bollocks and getting shitty with Lineker when he takes the piss... Leave the managing to football managers... http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/9213404.stm

I have read it and it doesnt say:
"I managed a team once and i took them down, therefore i know what Leadership is all about".
If any league manager made a comment then fair dos.
Alan Shearer and his generation is WHY we are shit. Big time Charlies thinking they are bigger than any club or even their country.
A Cunt of the highest order.
Unless you have done it....shut the fuck up.

Alan Shearer a big time charlie? what
Won the Premier League title, went home and painted his fence. He was incredibly humble for a man of his talents.

I think he's pretty entitled to an opinion, being one of the best England strikers we've had.

We've never played professional football, should we even talk about it?
Shearer may be a dour, lifeless TV personality with questionable knowledge of football beyond the premier league, but he has as much a right as anyone to have an opinion

In the context of this topic, perhaps not the best choice of words...

Dave......Your comments would have just as much bearing as his.
He managed and was a disaster.
Lets have Malpas have a pop at the Scotland set up.
He was a great player for Scotland AND like him, has no International honours.

Go Flash-totally right mate.Hansen also winds me up-never had to make a managerial decision in his life and as for Lineker-smug wanker!Shearer goes on to praise Andy Carroll whilst arguing that our players lack technique-play the likes of Carroll up front and what will happen? We will continue to knock long balls up to him, missing out midfield and then moan that our midfield players lack "ability on the ball"-the era of the so-called "typical English centre forward" is a total anachronism in modern international football.Shearer was a decent player but as a coach/manager,as Flash says,is completely clueless.Ex failed internationals should shut the fuck up unless they can be constructive.
