Considering the fact Walsall conceded 5 at home last week, we'd stand a good chance of scoring a couple against them even with 4-5-1.

shakes is better off the bench.

i would play (442):

--------------heaton----------------

gurney--collins-----ifil-------smith

heath--pook--miglioranzi--nicolau

--------roberts----fallon-------------

bench: bulman, jenkins, whalley, shakes, thorpe/cureton

if king sticks with 4-5-1 he is a prick

Roberts is also better off the bench-even moreso than Shakes imo.I'd go for
 Heaton
 Jenkins
 Co-Platt
 Ifil
 Smith
 Shakes
 Pook
Migz/Whalley
 Heath
 Fallon
 Cureton
subs;
 Bully
 Roberts
 Gurney
 Collins
 Migz/Whalley
 ........but that's me!

I like it when we have competition for places, but it makes it harder to chose a team.

Nicolau and Shakes on either wing, we are better with both of them. Roberts is crap when he starts so Cureton and Fallon. McDermott will probably start aswell.

I don't think McDermott will start, I think he'll need to prove himself in the reserves first. Walsall aren't that shite, they're in the top half of the table.

Because 4:5:1 was played last time, I am expecting 3:5:2.  This would follow the normal pattern of never being able to guess King's formation ahead of time.  Nicolau, and Gurney will play wingbacks with Shakes on the bench.  In a surprise move, Cureton will be benched, with Thorpe starting.  Whatever the result, Merson will be pissing and moaning after the game.

Heaton

Collins
Ifil
Jenkins

Gurney
Heath
Pook
Whalley
Nicolau

Thorpe
Fallon

Who would you play and in what formation.

I certainly wouldnt go 4-5-1 FACT! Too negative, not enough chances and we are going to steal a 1-0 win.

4-4-2

Heaton

Gurney
Collins
Ifil
Smith

Heath
Pook
Miglioranzi
Whalley

Roberts
Fallon

Christian Roberts (bar wycombe) has looked rather good and dangerous, he has to start as he just adds that something else. Something we have clearly been lacking away from home recently....last 7 without an away goal is it?

That formation and team but drop Whalley and put the fit again Nicolau in.
