Now we need to do what they failed to do after 3 early wickets - and move in for the kill.

I love how with DRS we seem to be getting more bad decisions, drama and controversy rather than less.

Shouldn't this be in the new manager thread? I didn't think dean liked cricket.

Khawaja gone! This is turning in to a terrible session for the Aussies.

Thought we got lucky with that Hughes dismissal.
That's the trouble with the system. If thete wasn't enough evidence to overall then the umpire was guessing in the first place. If he's not sure then it's not out.

They're fucking rubbish.
Watson's a good cricketer, Pup is world class and Harris and Pattinson are decent bowlers. They've got some passengers.
Don't confuse England underperforming for the Aussies being underrated.
I bloody told ya

Smith gone. Score at 86-5. If we can manage another couple of wickets quickly, the follow on becomes a possibility, surely.

Clarke lbw, he's furious but they've wasted both reviews. Think I'd stay out of Michael Clarke's way in the dressing room for the next few hours, he's going to be a touch sore.
TEF poll- should we enfore the follow on?

Clarke out lbw ... No reviews ... 91/6 ....
Given Watsons shocking review he wasted earlier if he and Clarke didnt get on befroe they certainly aint going to be getting on now!
Edit .... Think Clarke is just fucked how Aus have collapsed on a belter!

No. We've still got 3 and a half days to go, and it's bloody hot out there. Important we give our bowlers a rest, and let them bat last on this wicket.

Something about not enforcing a follow on that feels awkward to me. Seems the safer option. But I wouldn't try to pretend I understand the intricacies.

No. Get them back in the field especially with Agar having an hip injury. Get the Aussies quicks having to bowl especially with dubious injury records and sap them in the field. Also create extra rough for Swann in the 4th innings. As a side note .... With no left armer in the Aus dressing room, i'd be telling Broad to go round the wicket to Agar to roughen up the area around and just outside the left handers off stump.
